Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, focusing on the integration of AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) and predictive analytics.
- Lead the architecture and deployment of large-scale machine learning models and neural networks.
- Oversee the migration to edge computing architectures to ensure real-time, low-latency data processing.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
- Establish security protocols and ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and data privacy.
- Mentor high-performing engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of implementing successful AI projects in enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
