Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead innovation workshops with global stakeholders to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce annual Future State Reports with actionable recommendations for executive leadership
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for emerging tech scouting
- Design and monitor KPIs for future-readiness across all business units
- Present strategic visions to investors, boards, and industry conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in developing long-term strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Experience in climate tech or sustainability strategy highly desirable
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Ability to synthesize complex geopolitical, economic, and technological signals
