- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership publications for industry conferences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-state solutions and validate hypotheses
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and innovation catalysts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused planning roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative discipline
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholder groups
