- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for long-term business sustainability
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future forecasts into product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, advanced automation)
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience presenting to executive leadership and boards
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
