Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmaps with a specific focus on the 2026 transition period.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to identify and validate emerging market trends.
- Analyze macro-economic indicators and competitive landscapes to forecast future disruptions.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to align operational goals with long-term vision.
- Oversee the deployment of AI-driven analytics to enhance decision-making processes.
- Present high-level strategic insights and quarterly progress reports to the Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategic Studies, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, consulting, or senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale strategic transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (Generative AI, Quantum Computing, SaaS ecosystems).
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SQL.
- Strong ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, from technical teams to non-executive stakeholders.
