Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive roadmap for the next 3+ years, aligning business goals with emerging technological trends.
- Market Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research into global market shifts, competitor activities, and technological advancements (AI, Quantum, etc.) to identify growth opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to ensure cross-functional alignment on long-term initiatives and resource allocation.
- Innovation Incubation: Spearhead pilot programs and internal 'think tanks' to test and validate new business models before full-scale implementation.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of the 2026 strategy and adjust course as necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or executive operations within the technology sector.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think several years ahead, with a track record of successfully guiding organizations through major transitions.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and scenario planning.
