Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 8+ years experience in corporate sustainability with measurable impact
- Expertise in ESG frameworks and carbon neutrality methodologies
- Proven track record leading cross-functional innovation projects
- Strong background in circular economy principles and lifecycle assessment
- Certification in Sustainability Management (e.g., GRI, SASB) preferred
- Experience developing 5+ year sustainability roadmaps
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
