Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 corporate sustainability strategy aligned with UN SDGs and Science Based Targets
- Lead carbon footprint reduction initiatives targeting 45% decrease by 2026
- Drive circular economy adoption across product lifecycle and supply chain operations
- Manage stakeholder engagement including investor ESG reporting, NGO partnerships, and customer sustainability communications
- Oversee ESG data collection, analysis, and transparent reporting frameworks
- Lead cross-functional sustainability task forces integrating renewable energy, waste reduction, and sustainable procurement
- Monitor regulatory landscape evolution and advise on emerging sustainability standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years progressive experience in corporate sustainability with 3+ in strategy leadership
- Proven track record of delivering measurable ESG outcomes with $1B+ organization
- Expertise in carbon accounting, LCA methodologies, and sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Strong financial acumen to translate sustainability initiatives into ROI models
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Professional certification in sustainability (e.g., GRI, SAI, LEED AP) preferred
