Responsibilities
- Room Maintenance: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Amenity Management: Restock guest amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) and ensure bathrooms are fully equipped.
- Waste Management: Empty trash cans and remove soiled linens in a timely manner.
- Inspection: Perform thorough inspections of rooms to identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with guests and other staff members to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, trustworthy, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time or part-time shifts as needed.
