Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and anticipatory problem-solving
- Manage front desk operations including check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing processes
- Ensure impeccable room preparation and maintenance of cleanliness standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service departments for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures for guest and staff wellbeing
- Participate in cross-departmental training and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and POS system proficiency
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and walking throughout shifts
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license (if driving required for position)
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification (for food service roles)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
