Responsibilities
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform detailed room turnovers including bed-making, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenitiesOperate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Complete daily cleaning checklists and quality assurance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Valid work authorization for the United States
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Exceptional customer service mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
