Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest services at front desk, concierge, and valet stations
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room allocations
- Resolve guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute hotel promotions and local event partnerships
- Uphold brand standards across all guest touchpoints
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or luxury service experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Valid KY driver's license (for valet roles)
- Flexible scheduling including nights/weekends
- Excellent communication in English (Spanish fluency preferred)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive attitude under pressure during peak seasons
