Responsibilities
- Execute smooth check-in and check-out procedures for weekend guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries regarding local attractions and services.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions responsibly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest room readiness.
- Respond to guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and POS systems.
