Responsibilities
- Deliver 5-star guest service through personalized check-in/out experiences and concierge assistance
- Manage room inventory and ensure pristine guest room standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Execute upselling techniques for premium suites and amenities
- Maintain accurate documentation using property management systems
- Uphold safety and hygiene protocols per brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends and holidays reliably
- Basic computer proficiency (PMS systems a plus)
- Valid AZ driver's license (if transporting guests)
- Flexible availability including Friday/Sunday shifts
