Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or high-volume customer service experience
- Weekend availability mandatory (Fri-Sun shifts)
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera/PMS preferred)
- TX Food Handler/Seller certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
