Responsibilities
- Manage daily front desk operations during assigned shifts (evenings/nights)
- Lead and mentor 8-12 hourly staff members with performance coaching
- Handle complex guest inquiries and escalate issues to management
- Oversee check-in/check-out processes and room inventory management
- Implement emergency procedures and ensure safety compliance
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Process payroll adjustments and maintain operational reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel/shift supervisory experience required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proven conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Boston knowledge and local attractions familiarity
- ServSafe certification preferred
