Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and prompt issue resolution
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine room and public area standards through regular inspections
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and transportation
- Process payments and accurately manage financial transactions
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols during all shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Valid California driver's license (if applicable to role duties)
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
