Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain secure handling of guest personal information and payment data
- Assist with valet operations during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of Kansas City attractions and transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
