Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Lead and mentor 5-8 weekend staff members during peak hours
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping/maintenance
- Implement weekend-specific promotions and upsell strategies
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel or hospitality experience required
- Proven leadership or supervisory background preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Fri-Sun) including holidays
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree a plus
