Responsibilities
- Supervise 10+ staff members during weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Handle VIP guest check-ins, special requests, and complaint resolution
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and F&B departments
- Execute inventory management for high-value amenities
- Train new staff on service standards and emergency protocols
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
- Ensure ADA compliance and safety regulations are met
Qualifications
- 3+ years hotel supervisory experience
- Valid Texas Food Handler's certification
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office
- Spanish language fluency preferred
- TAMU certification or equivalent hospitality degree
- Ability to work flexible weekends/holidays
- Texas Class C driver's license
- ServSafe certification
