Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile, answering questions about the hotel and local area.
- Front Desk Support: Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, manage room keys, and handle basic inquiries efficiently.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in public areas, guest rooms, and common spaces to the highest standards of hospitality.
- Problem Solving: Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure a memorable stay.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen, maintenance, and front desk teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Attitude: A friendly, positive, and proactive attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
