Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Maintain pristine common areas (lobbies, hallways, restrooms) using hotel-approved protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and sustainability practices
- Report maintenance issues promptly to engineering team
- Collaborate with front desk for room readiness and guest requests
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible availability for weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency; bilingual Spanish a plus
- Valid California driver's license (if required for supply runs)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
