Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict hygiene standards.
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and polish surfaces to a mirror shine.
- Empty trash bins and ensure waste disposal areas are tidy and odor-free.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and chemical usage guidelines.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with property owners or guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays as required.
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.
