Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential interiors, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping all hard floors.
- Sanitize and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens to ensure a germ-free environment.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and organize bedrooms to meet hotel-quality standards.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the property.
- Restock toiletries and cleaning supplies in guest areas and common spaces.
- Inspect the property for maintenance issues or safety hazards and report them immediately.
- Maintain a neat and organized cleaning cart and storage area.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional housekeeping or custodial experience.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific cleaning checklists.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
