Key Duties:
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, hallways, and restrooms.
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are restocked.
- Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors to company standards.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health regulations.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- No prior housekeeping experience required; a strong work ethic is preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Physically fit and able to perform light to moderate physical labor.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
