Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment (floor buffers, extractors) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and eco-friendly cleaning standards
- Report maintenance issues and inventory shortages promptly to management
- Maintain accurate cleaning logs and quality control documentation
- Collaborate with weekend team to ensure seamless service transitions
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays with flexible start times (5:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Customer-service mindset with professional communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while following safety procedures
