- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance frameworks proactively
Qualifications
- PhD in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years of applied experience
- Proven track record implementing ethical AI frameworks in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Strong background in human-computer interaction and neuroethics
- Experience with quantum computing ethics and post-quantum cryptography
