Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and critical infrastructure

- Develop governance policies ensuring compliance with emerging US and international AI regulations (2026+)
- Collaborate with policymakers to shape future AI legislation while representing industry best practices
- Establish transparency protocols for explainable AI (XAI) in high-stakes decision-making environments
- Train leadership teams on ethical AI deployment and risk management strategies
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI existential risks and mitigation protocols
Qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with specialization in tech policy
- 10+ years in AI governance, ethics, or compliance leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn tech firms
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or demonstrated impact on AI policy development
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, state-level AI bills)
- Proven experience leading ethics committees for autonomous systems or generative AI
- Deep understanding of existential risk mitigation in superintelligent AI development
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
