Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in healthcare, finance, and public sectors
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI implementations using proprietary fairness assessment tools
- Author white papers and industry standards for ethical AI deployment in 2026 use cases
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles throughout the development lifecycle
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and regulatory consultations
- Mentor junior ethics specialists and build internal AI ethics training programs
- Monitor emerging AI risks and develop mitigation strategies for quantum-computing-secured systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years in AI governance
- Proven expertise in developing ethical frameworks for autonomous systems or large-scale ML deployments
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving 2026 standards)
- Strong technical background in AI/ML with ability to audit complex neural network architectures
- Experience publishing peer-reviewed research on algorithmic bias or AI transparency
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, ACM/IEEE Global Initiative)
