- Partner with legal teams to ensure compliance with evolving global AI regulations
- Establish continuous monitoring systems for ethical AI performance metrics
- Train engineering teams on responsible AI development lifecycle practices
- Represent the company in international AI ethics consortiums and policy forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or Juris Doctor with specialization in tech law
- 5+ years implementing AI governance frameworks in regulated industries
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Deep knowledge of EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, and global AI regulations
- Published research in top-tier ethics or AI journals
- Experience leading ethics committees for autonomous systems
- Certification in Responsible AI from recognized institutions (e.g., IBM, Microsoft)
