Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for next-generation AI systems (2026 roadmap)
- Develop comprehensive AI governance policies aligned with emerging international standards

- Lead stakeholder dialogues with industry leaders, policymakers, and academic institutions
- Create educational materials for internal teams on responsible AI development practices
- Monitor global regulatory trends and propose proactive compliance strategies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Policy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, tech ethics, or policy development
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global regulations
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale AI systems
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management in tech environments
- Strong background in futuristic technology foresight and scenario planning
- Publications or thought leadership in AI ethics or policy (highly desirable)
