Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the high-level technical strategy and architecture for our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Optimization: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and distributed systems capable of handling exabyte-scale data.
- Innovation: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Hardware) and integrate them into our core architecture.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate complex AI models to ensure feasibility before full-scale deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role within the AI/ML sector.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Familiarity with 2026-era AI frameworks and quantum algorithms is a plus.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
