Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end autonomous driving systems for Level 4/5 deployment by 2026
- Lead development of real-time perception and decision-making frameworks
- Design redundant fail-safe mechanisms for mission-critical components
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate V2X and edge computing solutions
- Establish performance benchmarks and validation protocols for system reliability
- Drive innovation in sensor fusion and predictive modeling technologies
- Lead technical reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in autonomous systems architecture or safety-critical software
- Expertise in C++/Python, ROS, and real-time operating systems
- Deep understanding of sensor fusion (LiDAR, radar, camera) and SLAM algorithms
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 and ASIL-D compliance standards
- Experience with cloud-edge integration and distributed computing frameworks
- Strong background in machine learning model deployment and optimization
- Published research in autonomous systems or AI at premier conferences
