Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 digital transformation roadmap, aligning with company growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams across AI, cloud infrastructure, and IoT domains
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AR/VR) in production environments
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks for measuring transformation ROI
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups and research institutions
- Mentor senior engineers and architects on next-gen technology stacks
- Present transformation progress to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation leadership with 5+ years in tech/innovation roles
- Proven experience scaling AI and cloud infrastructure in enterprise environments
- Expertise in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Certification in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and transformation frameworks
- Strong background in cybersecurity and data governance
- Experience managing budgets over $5M for tech initiatives
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA required
