Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with 2026 technology trends
- Lead enterprise-wide adoption of AI/ML, IoT, and quantum computing solutions
- Design scalable cloud infrastructure and cybersecurity frameworks for future-proof operations
- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers
- Establish KPIs and analytics frameworks to measure transformation ROI
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Identify emerging technologies and integration opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital transformation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in AI implementation, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure), and DevOps
- Certifications in Scrum Master, TOGAF, or similar frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Strong background in change management and stakeholder communication
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in digital transformation or emerging tech
