Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop predictive frameworks for emerging markets and disruptive technologies
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, industry experts, and academic partners
- Author thought leadership publications and internal strategic roadmaps
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and pattern recognition
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven analytics
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media platforms
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or similar)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-back strategy implementations
