Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify opportunities for 2026+ market disruption
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for clients across fintech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight findings into actionable product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations communicating complex future landscapes to C-suite stakeholders
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate foresight hypotheses
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, strategic planning, or innovation consulting
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
