Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 societal and market shifts
- Lead ideation sessions for breakthrough innovations in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or innovation management

- Strong financial modeling for high-risk/high-reward initiatives
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Advanced degree in STEM, Economics, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership on technological futures
- Fluency in future assessment frameworks (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
