Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems that integrate quantum computing with deep learning models.
- Strategic Roadmap: Lead the strategic R&D roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and defining technical standards.
- System Migration: Oversee the transition of legacy infrastructure to next-gen cloud-native environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of talented engineers and futurists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into viable engineering solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize neural networks and computational algorithms for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 2 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust; experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch; familiarity with quantum programming frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and think critically about long-term system viability.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
