Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence) for market disruption potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech incubators, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present future tech frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record launching at least 2 breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and IoT ecosystems
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex tech interdependencies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
