Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with quarterly milestones
- Lead AI/quantum computing R&D initiatives with $50M+ annual budget allocation
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future tech into product roadmaps
- Manage a team of 15+ engineers, data scientists, and futurists
- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients and venture capital partners
- Secure patents for 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
- Organize annual Future Tech Summit (500+ attendees)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in AI/quantum computing leadership
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI conferences
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum algorithms, and climate tech
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech innovation from concept to market
