Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Caltech research partners
- Conduct horizon-scanning for emerging technologies with $10M+ market potential
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Manage portfolio of 5-8 moonshot projects with dedicated innovation budgets
- Author thought leadership papers for IEEE and Nature journals
- Collaborate with UN SDG task force on ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published research in quantum/AI/energy transition domains
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >1M user impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep network within DARPA, NSF, and global innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
