Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics frameworks, and Web3 infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive concepts with 18-month launch horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum encryption) for market viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for early-stage innovation
- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders with data-backed adoption timelines
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-disrupting products
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI projections (>$100M initiatives)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology Review
- Experience scaling technical teams across 3+ international offices
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
