As a key member of our executive team, you'll shape our 2026-2030 technology roadmap, ensuring our infrastructure anticipates global shifts in climate policy, consumer behavior, and geopolitical landscapes. You'll collaborate with world-class engineers, researchers, and policymakers to build resilient systems that empower humanity's next chapter.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy aligning with UN SDGs and emerging regulatory frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum-secure communications and AI ethics
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and government agencies (DARPA, NSF) for R&D initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact assessment
- Design carbon-negative tech infrastructure achieving net-zero operational targets by 2028
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board members with data-driven scenario planning
- Mentor innovation fellows through our 2026 Tech Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in future-focused planning
- Proven expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate modeling
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on technology foresight or digital transformation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent strategic planning methodology
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments (GDPR, CCPA, EU AI Act)
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
