Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, and AI governance frameworks
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align C-suite teams on emerging tech adoption strategies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interface deployment
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology validation
- Pioneer patent strategies for next-gen human-machine symbiosis solutions
- Mentor junior strategists in technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on 5+ future-forward initiatives
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science/IEEE on emerging tech ethics
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TFIA) or Futures Studies
- Experience scaling R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio of implemented tech strategies generating $100M+ revenue
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Research preferred
- Fluency in Mandarin/Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
