Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate R&D cycles
- Translate technical feasibility studies into compelling business cases for executive stakeholders
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for responsible deployment of transformative technologies
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property portfolio development for future tech verticals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 10 years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech product development
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets with measurable ROI
