Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling quantum or AI initiatives to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in sustainable tech frameworks and circular economy principles
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Technology journals preferred
- Experience with federated learning architectures and ethical AI governance
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field or equivalent innovation impact
