- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and ethical compliance for future-facing projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with 3+ year development cycles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI ethics and sustainable technology (GDPR, EU AI Act)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on future tech
- Certification in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti) and generative AI frameworks
- Strong network in innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Boston, Austin tech corridors)
