- Develop patent strategies and IP portfolios for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking and scenario planning
- Partner with academic institutions to establish joint research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Physics, Bioengineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy at Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startup
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets
