Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ quantum and neural computing initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams developing next-gen AI ethics frameworks and sustainable tech solutions
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, bio-interfaces, climate AI) into core product ecosystems
- Drive innovation through proprietary R&D partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich
- Present visionary technology blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in future-proof development methodologies
- Secure $10M+ annual R&D budgets through compelling impact projections
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or AI Ethics with 8+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record shipping transformative tech (quantum computing, neural interfaces, or climate AI)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology lifecycle management
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to visualize 5-10 year tech horizons
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on emerging technologies
- Experience securing >$5M in government/private tech innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages
